What form of payments do you accept? TOP

SugarSnapDesigns.com accepts secure online payments through Paypal.

Which web hosting companies do you work with? TOP

Please see the Approved Hosts page for a list of web hosting providers I currently work with.

Do you templates come with shopping cart software? TOP

No, the templates do not come with any shopping cart software. This will be provided with your web hosting. Please see the Approved Hosts page for hosts I work with. Templates are designs only, consisting of html code and graphics.

Do you add my categories, products and content? TOP

Your web template purchase does not include the addition of categories, products, photos and text. This is something that you will need to do, or hire a website maintenance administrator to do for you. Each of the web hosting providers I work with provide an excellent set of tutorials and friendly customer support to assist you in the process

If I need to make changes at a later time, is that included? TOP

Once I install your template any changes will be billed at a separate rate. Please email me the details of the changes needed and I will respond with a quote to do so.

Uh oh! I messed up my design template, now what? TOP

First of all, don't panic... I will be happy to assist you. Email me and describe the issue and please include your website link. I will then try to determine the problem. If something is a quick fix, I have no problems doing this for free. However, each case must be evaluated and if the problem is a bit bigger I will email you a quote to fix the issue. Please note: SugarSnapDesigns.com cannot be responsible for any edits made to the code by the customer or third parties and maintenance fees will be incurred.

May I alter graphics or use them for other projects or share them? TOP

No, this is strictly forbidden by my Terms of Use. Please read this page for details.

Do you offer custom designs? TOP
At this time I am not offering custom designs. However, I am always open to fun new ideas! :-) If you have an idea for a template you would like to see feel free to contact me and let me know your ideas.

What if my hosting company is not in your list of approved hosts? TOP

You can check my list of approved hosts at any time. From time to time I do update this list as I find new hosting companies to work with. If you are currently using a host not listed here then please contact me with your host and I will be glad to see if they are compatible with a template from Sugar Snap Designs.
