If you do not have all the required info, i.e. store admin and cPanel login info, Please wait until you obtain this information to fill out the form. You can access the detail form at any time.

Please note: Your cPanel info is usually located in the welcome letter sent to you by your web host once your hosting account is set up.

If you are working from your temporary site, please make sure your store admin login info is your temporary store admin. This is for those that have not yet changed over their nameservers.
