Please take a few moments to review the Terms of Service listed below. Your purchase of any products and/or services at Sugar Snap Designs aka SugarSnapDesigns.com aka TwinkleDesigns.com aka SSD indicates your acceptance of these terms.

All Sales are Final. Due to the digital nature of this business, no refunds will be given. There are no exchanges or refunds for any reason, before or after products have been delivered.   Store credit will be issued in situations where Clients have a 'change of heart' or choose to go in a different direction. This goes for custom web design, web design templates, ebay store design templates and/or any add on service ordered.

Nothing on my website is public domain! My designs may not be altered, cut up, modified or re-used or distributed in any way. If the Client wishes to alter the design and/or HTML coding, then a copyright license MUST be purchased first. You cannot remove my link and claim my work as your own.

Template installation is typically within 5-10 working days, often less, depending on the amount of orders at any given time. Once I receive your order, I will contact you for login information and will let you know once your design is installed. 

 

PAYMENT
All payments are securely processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts credit/debit cards and e-checks. All e-checks must clear Paypal before any work is to begin.

CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks are NOT an acceptable way to get a refund. To request a chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is considered fraud. Should a chargeback be filed against Sugar Snap Designs, I will not hesitate to proceed with legal methods to recover funds.

TEMPLATES AND GRAPHICS
Templates and graphics are not to be resold, re-formatted, re-used or transferred in whole or in part for any reason. You may only use the purchased templates and graphics for your own website but the copyright for the template design, graphics, layout and html coding belongs to Sugar Snap Designs exclusively. No exceptions to this rule.

COPYRIGHTS
My designs should not be altered in any way. If you need a matching design and do not see it listed for sale on my website, please contact me for a custom quote.

CREDIT AND LINK BACKS
All website designs by Sugar Snap Designs require a text link back to my website unless other agreements have been made. You cannot claim my work as your own. If my link is removed without my knowledge and consent, I have the right to insist that the design and all graphics associated with it be removed immediately.

NON-COMMUNICATION
If Sugar Snap Designs is unable to communicate with a client for a period of fourteen (14) days, the project will be cancelled without notice and all monies paid will be forfeited to Sugar Snap Designs. This is for all services purchased on my website. It is very important for you to check your junk/spam folder as well as your inbox if you have not heard from me within 3 business days of placing your order.

PORTFOLIO
I reserve the right to use your design and any graphics created for your design in my portfolio as a representation of SSD past work experience.

SOCIAL NETWORKING 
I reserve the right to 'feature' your website on any of my social networking sites such as a blog, Facebook or Twitter.

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS UPON PURCHASE WHETHER YOU READ THEM OR NOT. 
Template HTML codes, graphic images and designs will remain property of Sugar Snap Designs and any respected contributing artists. You are purchasing a limited license agreement that grants permission to use the copyrighted graphics and template within your own personal website and/or eBay account. Template codes and graphic images may NOT be altered or modified in any way without permission, and may never be shared, distributed, duplicated, or offered for sale in whole or part. Credits, including an active link to my site, located at the bottom of the template must remain attached to all templates, and may not be altered or removed. Templates may contain a *no right click* script to protect copyrighted graphics and images, this cannot be altered or removed. Templates are for your use ONLY, and are to be used only by the store admin ID and/or eBay User ID associated with original purchase. Templates are to be used ONLY within your web hosting account or eBay account and not on outside websites. Graphics may NOT be used for any other web design, template design or graphics. ALL designs are permitted for FAMILY FRIENDLY SELLERS ONLY. I reserve the right at any time to terminate, refund and/or refuse service if I feel a client's content or services are not a good fit to our site. Each time a Sugar Snap Design is displayed it is a representative and reflection of my company and reputation. I reserve the right to refuse service(s) to any client I feel will not be a suitable representative of my designs. If/when a service is refused before logo customization, any template instructions are sent and/or installations are completed then a full refund will be issued to the client.
